What is Band 14?

What are the enhanced capabilities of Band 14?
Band 14 is the only band in the U.S. enabled by the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards for use of High-Powered User Equipment (HPUE) at the highest allowable power levels (Power Class 1). HPUE can significantly increase the coverage area for rural and remote responders.
What kind of phones are compatible with Band 14 and FirstNet?
